Ever since my college days at Auburn University (where I developed a deep love for coffee and college football), I’ve had a thing for working with startups and stalled businesses. I’ve always been the person that people call when they need to brainstorm or talk strategy. Where others see problems, I see puzzle pieces that make so much more sense when you step back and look at the bigger picture. Some call it intuition; others call it a “knack for business.” I wish I could explain it - it’s just the way my mind works!
I received my Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and spent several years immersed in the nonprofit world, coordinating special projects, developing internship programs, spearheading awareness campaigns, and even directing a women’s addiction recovery program.
Those years in the nonprofit sector developed one of the core values that anchors me today: serving people.
That philosophy stayed with me when I was busy earning my stripes in the business world, too. As the Chief Operating Officer for a multi-million dollar business, I wrestled through developing systems and a strategic plan to increase customer satisfaction, retain a strong staff, and - of course - make more money!
When I started looking back at all of those experiences, one thing became crystal clear: I’m hooked on the process of helping people turn their ideas into plans, and their plans into profits!
Bloggers, business owners, ministries, coaches, consultants, creatives, non-profits...the products and services might be different, but the struggles are surprisingly similar.

After talking with a lot of my clients, I’ve also discovered that for a lot of entrepreneurs, becoming confident in yourself and your vision can be one of the biggest challenges to growing your business. My e-course, Brand by Design™, has been an absolute game changer for my clients in this area.
I’ve had the pleasure, time and time again, of witnessing firsthand those “Aha!” moments when someone looks into the mirror, recognizes the incredible potential staring back at them, and finally gathers the courage to go after their God-given dreams. (Seriously, this never gets old for me!)
Those moments are what drive me to continue creating affordable products, courses and resources.
